Prof. Susanta Kumar Jena, as alumni of Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Bhubaneswar has many credits to his academic excellency. He is a BSc. graduate in Hospitality and Hotel Administrations & has also done MBA in HR. Furthermore he has completed Master in Tourism Management from IGNOU, New Delhi. Prior to this he has also done Diploma in Export Management from IIEM, Bangalore. Prof. Jena is also a HACCP (ISO 22000) certified consultant which is internationally certified organization. He is also a senior consultant for Hotels and Fast Food chain of Restaurants projects.
Prof. S.K. Jena has a wide range of industry exposure which helps him guiding the students in right direction. He started his carrier as a Quality Controlling Officer in OMPAC, Bhubaneswar a project under OMFED in collaboration with Horticulture Department, GOVT of Odisha. Then after he joined as a F&B Manager in Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC). After that he joined ICICI Bank as a Assistant Manager in Custom Service in Mumbai. Furthermore he joined as a Corporate Training Manager at  China Gate Restaurant pvt. Ltd, Mumbai. He also served as Principal positions in various reputed Hotel management colleges. He is an HRAO member and has a good name as a Master Hospitality Trainer.

Mr. Swarup Ranjan Sethy ( Lecture in Food Production) has completed his Master in Tourism and Hospitality Service (MTHS) from Utkal University of Culture and B Sc. In Hospitality and Hotel Administration from NICHM, New Delhi. The pleasure personality and passion for teaching has made him immensely popular among the students. His long years of experience ( 3 years in Industry & 8 years in teaching) is now a source of inspiration for our student. As food production is the key of Hotel industry, he is a perfect pick up for our institutions.

As a Young dynamic Professional, Mr. Rahman has done his 4 years Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from School Of Hotel Management, ITER, Bhubaneswar. He has also done his 2 years Master Degree in Tourism Management from IGNOU, New Delhi.
              Mr. Rahman has more than 3 years of Industry Experience and 2 years of Teaching Experience that has been an important aspect to our organization.

•           2 years of experience in communication at BIITM. Also working as visiting faculty at BJB Autonomous college, Bhubaneswar.
•           Working as an ‘Research Scholar in OB & HR” Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar , Odisha

•           Done Master in Personnel Management & Industrial relation from F.M. University as a Gold Medalist.
•           Pursuing Ph.D. in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation from Utkal University , Odisha

Prof. Khan is a faculty in the field of Marketing. He has served more than 20 years in different industries, especially in Pharma & Consumer Health Sector at different management levels both in India and abroad as Brand Manager Inc and also with GlaxoSmithline. He is a freelance soft skill trainer and management consultant to many Pharma companies.

Worked as Lecturer in Bakery & Confectionery in IHM, Bhubaneswar (Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Bhubaneswar for 30 years.
